Our process

We begin with consultation, system design, and engineering to define the right technical direction for the project from the start. This phase includes early planning for infrastructure, equipment locations, control interfaces, lighting strategy, and future scalability.

Once the design direction is established, we translate it into technical documentation and coordinated planning. This includes construction drawings, device locations, pre wire requirements, power planning, system schematics, and final as built records, all managed alongside the wider project team.

With the project fully defined, we move into implementation, system integration, and programming. This is where all selected technologies are installed, connected, configured, and programmed so that lighting, shading, climate, audio, video, security, and control systems operate as one intuitive experience.

Our process continues after installation through system monitoring, maintenance, updates, and ongoing support. We help protect performance over time, respond quickly when service is needed, and keep the system aligned with future upgrades and evolving technology.
